GENERAL NOTES
To ensure the quality of the Room Of Our Making Retreat, we will review applications with care. All women who teach or have recently taught are welcome. Apply early. Space is limited. The application processing fee is $20 for all applicants, payable by credit card through PayPal, after submitting the application. Retreatants who apply before November 1, 2010 and complete payment by December 15, 2010 receive an early-bird discount on tuition, though we will accept applications on a rolling basis thereafter. Financial aid applications are due by November 1, 2010. Address any questions to .
COST
Early Bird (before 11/1/10): $450 for a single room; $395 for a double/shared room.
Regular (applications received after Nov 1st, 2010): $500 for a single room, $425 for a double/shared room.
Includes all meals and non-smoking housing in lovely, quiet Brinton House or Waysmeet at Pendle Hill. Scholarship recipients should expect a roommate. For an additional charge it is possible to come early or stay late, according to Pendle Hill's availability. This can be worked out with Pendle Hill after acceptance to the retreat.
PAYMENT
Upon acceptance, a writer secures a place at the Room of Our Making Retreat by remitting the total fee. Payment is due within 30 days of acceptance. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits, less a $50 cancellation fee, are refundable until January 15th. After January 15th, refunds (less the $50 cancellation fee) will be given only if your space can be filled.
TRANSPORTATION
You must provide your own transortation to Pendle Hill, but it is readily accessible by train and car, and located close to the Philadelphia International Airport, a short taxi ride away. For information on how to get to Pendle Hill, please visit www.pendlehill.org/travel-directions.

Financial Aid
To apply for financial assistance, please explain any particular financial circumstances and why you believe the A Room of Our Making Retreat would be of particular benefit to you now. Financial aid applications must be submitted by November 1, 2010.
We have limited financial aid resources, but we are committed to making this retreat affordable for as many people as possible. Therefore, please consider all other possible sources of funding -- school sponsorship, community resources, local grants, etc. Or -- put it on your birthday or holiday wishlist!

I will attend the AROOM Retreat only if I receive a full scholarship. A full scholarship pays for the full costs of the retreat, not including transportation.
